ALIVE

In this series, we will take a look at 3 conversations Jesus had after His resurrection. Each one highlights the intimate relationship that Jesus desires to have with all of us.

March 23 - at the tomb

March 30 - in the room

April 6 - on the road

We are currently meeting at Still Water Community Church on Sunday afternoons at 2pm. See you there.

Groundbreaking Pictures

Our Groundbreaking Ceremony went great. The rain held off so that we could have our ceremony and even hang out and talk with everyone that came out. We were worried, so Levi and I setup our EZUp tent just in case. It did sprinkle a little so some of us got underneath it.

Levi opened with a short welcome and prayer followed by the singing of "Be Your Grace." Levi then shared our core values (love, grow, serve) and how this building will be where this happens. Dick Stallings then talked about the building plans and where the building will be on the property. Our district leader, Rob McDonald shared how for 2 years he's driven by this property with nothing but weeds on it and now is the beginning of seeing the church on it. We read a responsive reading putting ourselves in the minds of Nehemiah and the other Jews that rebuilt the wall of Jerusalem, followed by the digging.

Thanks so much for everyone that came out for the ceremonies and we hope that you'll join us on Easter Sunday at 2pm, at Still Water Community Church.

Catalyst: A Story of Change

Hey everyone,

In an effort to raise awareness of our going weekly at Easter we enlisted the help of a local publicist, Robert Fox. Robert wrote an article and sent it out to different newspapers and other news media. The article got posted already on Topix.com, a local news site. So click here if you would like to read it.

If you have ideas of other places we could get the story out please leave a comment on this page.
